Friends describe me as sweet tempered, tolerant and not prone to anger or jealousy. I have a good sense of humor and like to have fun. I get along well with others, even if we’ve just met. I’m a reliable friend, but I can be quite content with solitude. Animals like me. I am a licensed attorney and master electrician. Most of my work is as a skilled craftsman lighting private art collections. I spend lots of time in beautiful surroundings listening to NPR or sometimes talking with my customers while I work. I enjoy galleries & museums but love seeing art in these highly designed environments; though I would not care to live that way. I grew up overseas and like diversity. People interest me and I particularly enjoy the company of women. I am very broadly educated (self as well as academic)and have a number of useful skills and interests. I’m always curious about why others have the interests they do; particularly if they have advanced degrees or life long experience. I spend much of my time in jeans but I can dress up and give a speech to a large audience if required. Because of my work I exercise very regularly and have the build of a weight lifter/swimmer.
My Ideal Person:
Opposites are said to attract and I've had some experience with that I don't regret... mostly, but I think the most satisfying relationship is loving a friend you know and accept, strengths and weaknesses included. If you see something of yourself in my profile I would at least like to meet you. On the other hand, because of my own nature, if you are uncomfortable with sexuality we would not do well together in a longer relationship. Also, though I am more tolerant than most, it is necessary to know the basic difference between right & wrong, so no Republicans.
